Here's a fun challenge to get you creating on a daily basis. 

Beginning today - spend 15 mins each day doing the meditative drawing exercise shown in my video. You can also download my step by step pdf guide for this simple practice. Or try one of the resource videos listed below. These are really fun meditation drawing exercises that I found on youtube.

Note: this practice can be adapted to what ever art medium you prefer - graphite, charcoal, pen, ink, watercolor, acrylic inks, acrylic paints, etc. Essentially this is an exercise in mark making with intention. In the video above, when I was really attuned to the point of my pencil, I was able to make a more perfect shape. Though I sped up the video to one and a half minutes, this exercise actually took me about 15 mins. 

To participate in this challenge - simply post a photo of your daily sketch (or painting, etc) on Instagram and use the hashtag: #7daychallengemeditativedrawing so that I can find you and you can find others. OR join my Facebook group Art Club and post your photo there.
